The Vistara predictive model, developed by VigR Health and Columbia Point Consulting, provides critical, actionable information to organizations engaged in the provision of health-related services to older populations:

Based on millions of dollars in claims for long-term care services, the Vistara model was trained on roughly 3,000 variables, including:

We built our Vistara model on proprietary longitudinal data derived from more than 35 years of direct experience with older adults in the senior living industry—an assertion no other industry player can make.
The Vistara model not only offers unsurpassed predictive power but also provides insights that medical and population-level studies don’t and that other predictive models can’t—even when using external data sources and specialized algorithms.
From these inputs, we have culled a small, manageable subset of the topmost statistically significant factors correlated with lifetime care costs and the need for facility care.
