In his role as Interim CEO & President of Friends Life Care, Joe is responsible for day-to-day operations and strategy development. Joe also supports VigR Health, Inc. — a spin off from Friends Life Care. Under Joe’s leadership, the organization has developed a pricing model for customizing policyholder engagement initiatives with long-term care insurance carriers. He works closely with actuarial partners to conduct analyses and update the predictive model to assure accuracy and relevancy.
